Knowingly spreading HIV is Attempted Murder

The African country of Malawi wants to pass a bill that exposes people who have contracted HIV and are forced to disclose facts that they are HIV positive. The main opposition of this bill are sex workers. Honestly....FUCK THEM. Then they should all be charged with attempted murder or manslaughter. It actually adheres to all the aspects of murder. Basically they are giving them a death sentence. I'm sorry but if someone knowingly gave me HIV or AIDS I would murder them myself.
