Balls to the Walls

A man was being treated for a cyst. Instead he cut someone's ball off. The article does not say where the cyst was but I think a cyst looks very different from a testicle.

I don't know about you but I would say huge malpractice. The allegedly doctor is already under investigation for misconduct and stealing medication. I juat don't know how the victim is handling this. I WOULD BE MAD AS HELL!!!!!!!!
